Bavarian-Style Apple Torte

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
This was a pretty good recipe. The crust was quite hard to cut through, though. And definitely use the cookie sheet underneath, because something leaked out during the baking time. But overall, we enjoyed the dessert.

Blueberry Kuchen

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
We loved this recipe! It isn't super sweet, which is great. We used blueberries that we had picked ourselves this summer and frozen. My dad ate almost the whole pan. My husband liked it, too.

My Mother-in-Law's Plum Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
I LOVED this recipe! I had some plums left over from our tree, and this was such a perfect way to use them. I used vanilla yogurt instead of plain, which was completely delicious. I also used butter instead of margarine. And I had to bake it 65-70 minutes. I just made another loaf today, since the first loaf is long gone.
