Cranberry Almond Biscotti

This recipe was extremely easy to make and low in fat to boot! I used whole almonds instead of sliced and it turned out perfectly! I will definitely be making this biscotti recipe again!

Sea Salted Coffee Toffee Bars

The turnout on these bars was fabulous! I used kosher salt (less of it) instead of sea salt and it still tasted great. The only thing I had to adjust was the cooking time after the topping was put on. I had to cook it for about 25 minutes or so, to get the caramel colour from the condensed milk. I adjusted the oven temperature to 325 after 12 minutes so the bottom crust didn't get too brown and everything turned out beautifully! Very easy and very yummy square!!!!

Whole Wheat Ginger Snaps

This recipe was very quick and easy to make! The amount of spice is perfect and no one can even tell that they're whole wheat! I'll definitely be making these again! Tip: I rolled the dough balls in sugar instead of just doing the top of the cookie. Turned out superb!
