This is awesome banana bread. I make a double batch and bake it in a 9 x 13 pan. After it's out of the pan, I cut it in half and freeze half of it. If I didn't, we'd eat the whole thing in about 2 days and there's only 3 of us!

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

After 30+ years of cooking, I found this recipe. I had never been able to successfully make a grilled cheese sandwich. THIS recipe was the answer. I am now the Queen of Grilled Cheese at our house. :-) Thank you

Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

OMG! This casserole is wonderful. Easy to make. A great comfort food. I took it to a party and overheard one of the guests say, "I could eat this until I was sick." Yes, it's that good.

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Very good. Made it today for a pot luck party. I made a double batch and they were all gone before I was. Very easy to make. Just don't burn your tongue licking the spoon from the sauce like I did! LOL

Cake Mix Cookies IV

I made two batches of these. One was with a devils food cake mix & the other with a butter pecan cake mix. The devils food was good, but the butter pecan (a great "dunk-able w/milk, or coffee) was incredible! They are incredibly easy to mix up (a 5 year old could do it-no problem). My only complaint is that the baking times were kind of "off". You kind of have to "babysit" them. But it's still worth it. :-)
