Made it exactly as written and it was fabulous. It will replace our hashbrown casserole going forward. I'll try putting some of the fried onions in the sauce as well as topping the casserole with them as another reviewer suggested.

Zucchini Brownies

Very good and moist cake recipe but not a brownie recipe like my family is used to eating. I followed the recipe to a 'T' as I always do the first time I make a new recipe.

Cranberry Chicken I

Very good, easy and moist chops. I did what someone else suggested and added a package of lipton onion soup and buried the chops in potato mixture.

Super Duper Zucchini Muffins

Unbelievable!!! Moist and delicious...I followed the recipe exactly. I had quit making muffins because no matter what I did, they always came out a very dissappointing, but not so with this recipe, it's fabulous...give it a try.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

The 6 cups of carrots made me a bit nervous, but I went ahead and followed the recipe exactly and it was fabulous, just like the reviews I read. Can't go wrong with this one. It's just me and my husband so I made this into 3-9inch pans and froze 2 of them and frosted just one to eat...works out great.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Honestly, I thought the ingredients a bit odd, but together the salad is great. A big hit at potlucks. I did what the others suggested and used 3 T of sugar and 2 T of vinegar and it was perfect.

Au Gratin Potatoes

Best Tuna Casserole

It was good. I would suggest, however, that you mix all the cheese in the casserole as it dries out to quickly on the top. Also, I used crushed herb flavored pretzels mixed with seasoned croutons instead of the potato chips and it was fabulous.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2c shortening instead of the 1 cup of butter and they came out similiar to the wonderful 'Otis Spunkmeyer' cookies! Very tasty...be sure to use the lesser cooking time as they continue to cook on the sheet.
