Blueberry Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Awesome sauce. I used a combination of 3 types of frozen berries: blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. I made it ahead of time and then reheated just before serving.

Raspberry Tart

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
Love this tart. It is not too sweet, and it really highlights the fresh raspberries. I didn't change a thing. I mixed the dough with my standing mixer and it worked well, eventually forming a ball.

Whole Grain Loaf

Reviewed: May 2, 2008
I made this recipe into cloverleaf rolls with my bread machine, and they were very good. It is a light whole grain bread---not heavy and dense. It worked very well for rolls.

Fabulous! This is definitely a keeper. I drizzled the pieces with melted white chocolate. They looked and tasted great.

Coconut Orange Cupcakes

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2007
These are fantastic! They are light and very tasty. It worked best to cut up the orange segments. This is not a heavy cupcake and it is not too sweet.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2007
These were a hit at my party. I found it best to make 3 muffins out of each biscuit. It was also much easier to separate the layers of each biscuit rather than cutting them and then reshaping them in the muffin cups. I used 1/8 cup mayonnaise and 1/8 cup ranch dressing per previous suggestions. I also substituted some of the onion with green onion for color. Perfect!
