Frog Eye Salad

I make this pretty often because I LOVE it!! I always do a half batch because a full batch makes a LOTTT. Also, I know I will eat most of it myself so it's better if I don't have 2 huge bowls of it in my fridge. I use the recipe exactly and don't leave anything out (especially the coconut!).

Jalapeno Popper Spread

People go nuts when I make this! My husband wishes that I would just make this every week and keep it in the fridge for him to eat all the time and put on things. It is really good and everyone I've served it to loved it. I think I put quite a bit of shredded parmesan cheese in it than the recipe calls for but that's my favorite part.

Pizza Dough I

this recipe is so super easy! i love that i don't have to do a ton of prep work or think about making it way in advance. i can just whip it up, just as the recipe says, and it's ready in about 30 minutes from start to finish. i didn't believe when i first read the recipe that you could do pizza dough in so few steps but it is true! i just brush some olive oil on the crust and sprinkle some garlic on that and it is delish. i also used olive oil the last time i made it instead of veg because that's what i had and it worked just fine. try it!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

oh my gosh! YUM! my husband is normally pretty hard to impress and he couldn't stop saying how delicious this was. i only used one 1lb tenderloin and the original amount of glaze and rub and it was perfect- a little bit left over but if i was going to do 2 i would definitely at least do 1.5 of the glaze & rub.

Real Italian Calzones

these were easy and delicious! this was my first time making bread and making calzones. i only used the dough part of the recipe and i made 4 plate sized calzones instead of 2 big ones. i filled them with different things for the different people eating them. the calzone shell was yummy. i used my kitchenaid mixer's dough hook (for the first time) and it was really easy. just threw it all in the mixing bowl and let the hook do the work! i needed to use lots of flour when i rolled it out because it was pretty sticky.

Grilled Pork Chops with Fresh Nectarine Salsa

oh. my. gosh. this was the best new dinner recipe i've tried ever. it is a new favorite in my house. we doubled up on the rub that goes on the chops which was delicious and gave them tons of flavor. and i added green onions and garlic to the salsa because i add green onions and garlic to everything i can. this was soo good!

this is so super easy to make and really delicious! i will definitely add this to my regular dinner recipes. the only thing i thought it was missing was green onion maybe. i thought this after i was almost done eating it but i will try green onion next time.

Sugar Cookie Icing

I love love love this recipe! I tried out a few recipes trying to find one that would help me make cookies that look like they came from a swanky bakery and this recipe is it!! It turns out perfect every time. I have made cookie favors for several weddings and showers and I make a cute cutout cookie (busia's cutout cookies from this website is #1!) then I decorate them with this icing, drop them in a favor bag and tie them with ribbon and they are gorgeous!

these are easy to make and so delicious. definitely the best chocolate chip recipe i've tried. if you don't eat them all right away, they last for days too i'm guessing because of the pudding.

Peanut Butter Dreams

these are a major hit with my family! i followed someone's advice and pressed the peanut butter mixture into the pan and then just poured the chocolate over the top & refridgerated. then i cut them into little squares. let the chocolate soften up a little after it hardens in the fridge before you cut and then chill them again

Cream Puffs

this is sooo easy to make. i'm a total beginner. this was my first time trying out cream puffs and they came out perfect. i didn't have to poke holes in them like some reviews suggested and i didn't have any deflate. this was probably because i wanted bite sized ones so i only dropped 1/2 tsp balls of dough on the pan. i did add a little vanilla to the dough and it tasted great. i don't know what it would have tasted like without the vanilla though... excellent recipe!
