Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Great basic recipe! Super easy, dense and filling but so tasty! Like many other people, i doubled the recipe and baked at 350 for an hour.

Bean Burrito Casserole

I went to a casserole party and took this, it was fun, super easy and everyone liked it. However, i'm sure i won't make it again. I'd rather just have the bean burrito with some extra cheese.

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

Great recipe! Super easy and fun to make it your own. I omitted the pecans and added chocolate chips to appease my friends who don't believe it's a dessert unless there is chocolate. I'm excited to try a different kind of sauce. Maybe espresso?

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins

I just made these tonight and they are delicious! I used 2 bananas (and next time I'll use more), egg substitute, added a tsp of vanilla, and used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup white flour. Very tasty!

Spicy Mexican Salad

This is a great quick and easy salad! I don't put in the tortilla chips, but i've added olives and sometimes grilled chicken! yum! Also I found litehouse has a great jalapeno ranch dressing that gives it a kick (and i think its better than catalina dressing).
