I also halved this and used italian dressing for ease. Sooo good! One of the toppings on my favorite salad is this stuff! This could be so versatile.

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

My roommate and I loved this! We were seriously addicted, eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner and STILL craving it. Definitely the best. The only problem I had was that it had to stay in the refigerator, otherwise it would kind of melt.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Very good. Reminds me of one of my favorite restaurant salsas. My family and I used to go to one Mexican restaurant for that salsa, and I was so excited to find out that this tastes just like it. I cannot wait to share it with them since the restaurant recently closed.

Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins

I just tried it, and it was good. I listened to other people and used only 3/4 c. honey and I think they are definitely sweet. I wish I had listened to everyone though about the topping, I had way too much leftover. I didn't even get close to using half. I was very generous with the topping and had a few more muffins than what the recipe said. Very filling, so it will be great for snacks throughout the week.

Candy Cane Martini

I wasn't huge on the taste, but I threw a holiday party and everyone LOVED these. Plus, even though I wasn't crazy about how it tasted, they were sooo cute with a red sugar rim and the small candy cane garnish. This is such an easy way to impress people! I can't wait to make them again for this year's Christmas party.

Peanut Butter Noodles

This is exactly what I was looking for! I had noodles with peanut sauce at a nice Asian restaurant the night before and had to have more. I added cilantro along with the scallions and it was perfect. I will be making this one over and over!

Sarah's Salsa

This was sooo easy. I will be honest, when it was finished, I tried it and was insanely disappointed. I put it in the fridge and gave it another chance the next day. SOO GOOD! Only downside is that it has to wait and chill before being so good.

Bleu Cheese Macaroni

I loved this, but one of my friends wasn't crazy about it since the bleu cheese tends to stay clumped and does not hold as well to the noodles like typical mac and cheese. If no one else though, I would make it for myself during one of my bleu cheese cravings. Plus I think its easier to make healthier since bleu cheese is already so strong, you don't have to make it as fatty and cheesy like regular mac and cheese.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

I needed to add a lot more milk than called for because the batter was way too thick. I wasn't wild about these at first, but I froze the leftovers and had them a few weeks later and really enjoyed them.

Herbed Lentils and Rice

Just to keep it healthier, I omitted the cheese, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Definitely not wild about it, but it wasn't bad. I would have preferred more rice and less onion. I really just felt like I was eat straight caramelized onions.

Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge

I don't understand the high rating. I made one like this last Christmas but figured I would try it again, assuming the problem may have been something I did. Sorry, but this recipe didn't work for me. The chocolate never gets melted enough to pour, and then it is really too sticky to spread. If you are planning to use an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan, you really need to double the recipe. On top of it, since the mixtures don't melt enough, it is impossible to get nice, even layers. It tastes okay, but both times has been the least popular baked good at Christmas parties.
