I have to admit that I was a little skeptical of this recipe but I made it exactly like it said and it was AWESOME! The only thing I will add next time is black pepper.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Very easy recipe and it gave a new taste to salmon. I cooked mine longer as I had a larger piece of meat, but delicious.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Simply put, this recipe was to die for! Awesome. My husband, who isn't a fan of "new" stuff absolutely loved this. I used Great Northern Beans instead but didn't change anything else. Definitely a keeper!

Mom's Great Green Beans

What a quick and delicious side dish when you want something different. My husband isn't a pasta eater and he had 3 helpings. Thanks for helping me find something to do with those staple items in my pantry.

Chess Pie

I found that when I followed the directions, the pie wasn't set in the center so I had to return it to the oven. Might want to increase the bake time. Would also suggest that you cover with foil so the top won't brown too much.

Beth's Chess Pie

This was definitely an easy recipe to prepare. However, I found that the top gets too brown when you cook it for an hour. I would suggest covering the top with aluminum foil to prevent this. I had hoped the final result would be a little lighter.
