Salsa Chicken

Made this last night...Fabulous! I didn't make any changes to ingredients. I did rinse chicken then poured 1 pack of taco seasoning in ziplock bag to coat chicken on all sides. I poured a little salsa in the bottom of dish before I added chicken. I also used pepper jack cheese along with cheddar and sharp. I love this easy peasy meal!!

Good dish for guests. I was a bit confused about laying the crescent rolls in a sun pattern until I looked through the photos of this dish and it shows exactly how to lay out rolls. That was a big help for me. Thanks photographers!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I made this dish for Easter supper. I did not care for this dish at all. The cottage cheese makes the texture almost grainy feeling. Never again!

Tater Crisp Chicken

I just made this tonight and it's absolutely WONDERFUL!! I, like most others, added my own love to it. I cut the fattest part of the chicken leg skin off the back of the leg but left most on. I put cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic grill shaker, and salt and pepper directly into the melted butter. I poured the butter/seasoning mixture on the plate the chicken legs were already on. I let them soak a few minutes while spooning mixture over top of legs and tried to get butter to go under skin and in meat. I rolled the legs in potatoes trying to keep the largest part of leg slightly upright so the butter would stay within the leg. A tad more seasoning on the top, then baked for 30 min. in foil lined pan on a baking rack. I was going to turn legs but turning makes the flakes come off. So I put the legs back in without turning. The chicken was moist, crispy, and delicious!! Tastes like fried, but without the guilt!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Loved this! I made a few changes of my own. I coated the chicken in egg and then rolled in italian flavored bread crumbs with paprike sprinkled in. I used Swiss cheese and I double the sauce ingredients. I also used half and half instead of whipping cream! Turned out beautiful! Will definitely make again.
