I consider myself to be domestically challenged and tend to live on fast food and take out. I am trying to learn as many quick and easy recipes as I can so that I can begin to cook at home rather than always eating out. Anything easy! I am really in love with my Slow Cooker right now and am trying new recipes a lot. My family is very Swedish and very plain. I grew up in a home where salt and pepper were the only spices! Luckily, I have developed a love for spice and enjoy Thai, Mexican, Italian and many other cuisines. I feel as though I am still waiting for a cooking triumph, although I do feel quite good when I am able to complete a dish with little to no difficulty. There have been too many to name!
