I baked at 350 for 10 minutes, then broiled for five minutes like some of the reviewers said... Awesome! I didn't have bread crumbs, so I pounded up some Cesar-flavored croutons--which I left in bigger chunks like one of my favorite restaurants does--even better than the restaurant version. I served it with white rice, fresh asparagus, and French bread...
