Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2001
This was so delicious! I was a little weary at first with all the onions but the longer it simmers, the better it gets! I didn't have tomato sauce so I used tomato soup and it was still yummy!

Three-Meat Stromboli

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2008
Oh my gosh yum! This was so fun to make and watch it grow in the oven! I agree the dough is a pain to roll out, but it's worth it. It made a lot, so I put 2 loaves in the freezer and will bake them some other time.

This was really very good. We had it for a New Years Eve dessert. I served it with bananas, strawberries and pretzels. It was very tasty, I can't wait to put it over icecream!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2006
Really yummy cookie. I followed other reviewer's advise and used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 1/2 brown sugar. I added white chips and craisins to 1/2 the mixture and chocolate chips to the other half. These cookies are great and they don't go "flat" in the oven.

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2006
This was delicious. I made 1/2 the recipe and it made plenty to fit into a glass pie plate. I also didn't use quite as much shredded cheese as I thought it was cheesy enough. Very tasty!

Best Bruschetta Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2005
I can't believe I hadn't rated this recipe yet. I always make mine with fresh basil. I made this this morning and will try it with lightly toasted tortillas (for lower carb). That is how a local restaurant serves it and it's so yummy

Rhubarb Bread I

Reviewed: May 2, 2005
This was just delicious! I used rice milk as a substitution (Since I don't eat dairy) and soy butter for the butter. It turned out wonderful, I loved the crumble mixture for the topping!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
OMG these are the best cinnamon rolls ever! They are so easy to make. I've only made cinnamon rolls once before and this recipe puts those to shame. The icing is so delicious and you'll want to lick the bowl. I did follow the suggestions of others and baked at 350 for 20-25 minutes. I would also recommend creaming soft butter and the brown sugar/cinnamon mixure before spreading on the dough. The melted butter tends to just drip out. But, these rolls are wonderful!!!
