Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This recipe is delicious! I followed the advice of fellow readers and used less butter, and there was plenty of sauce for the shrimp and pasta. I used frozen raw shrimp and just shelled them before using. I put pasta in the bottom of ramekins then put the shrimp on top with a liberal amount of butter mixture. Then I baked for about 14 minutes. It came out perfect! Served with a green salad and crisp french bread...amazing!!!!

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Absolutely delicious! A big hit at the office. I made two versions - one with apricot spread and one with chocolate. Both were tasty. I doubled the recipe, and took everyone's advice about reducing the cream cheese. I used 3 bricks, but it still made way too much. Next time, I think 2 will be enough for even a double batch. I found crescent rolls that have no perforations so those worked perfectly. To serve, I cut in squares and put each square on individual muffin liners. It worked perfectly for an office treat. They are definitely better warm. I told everyone at the office to heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Great!!! :)

Lime Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Taste was good and preparation was very easy. Next time I make this I won't use the flour coating. It didn't add any flavor, and kind of cooked up gummy. Otherwise, this recipe was super easy and I had all the items on hand.
