Best Ever Banana Bread
We enjoyed this recipe. I made it with only changing the oil for apple sauce. as stated. It did have a different taste than the banana bread that I usually make. It was not as dense It has a lot more moisture than my normal recipe that my mother passed down to me. i would definitely make it again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
What a simple meal to make. Instead of frying the chicken, I put it in the oven at 350 for about 1 hr. My chicken was thick. I also rolled the chicken in plain bread crumbs with a little garlic pepper salt before I put it in the oven. Everyone loved it. I definitely will make this again and again and again.

Baby Back Ribs
What a great way to make ribs! Made them yesterday for a birthday party. Only had them wrapped for two hours and then baked them. Everyone love them. The meat just fell off the bone. Next time I am going to try the rub and see what the difference is. Also next time will put them on the BBQ for a short time as well. Will definitely recommend and keep this recipe.
