Very soft and chewy cookies, which are easy to make. Everyone enjoyed them. A few people started stashing them away. For a perfect shape, dip fingers in water, shake most of the water off and then shape the top of the cookie as desired. Also, dipping the whole cookie into icing was a bit too much sugar for our taste, so I loaded a freezer zip lock bag with icing, cut off a tiny end, and squeezed away. A+
