Made these rolls for Christmas morning. They turned out great. I would have given the recipe a 5 star rating, but like other reviewers, I found I had to double the caramel topping. Other than that, the rolls were excellent and I will be making them again soon.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

I was looking for a simple chocolate cake recipe for a spur of the moment dessert for the fam. The cake was moist and very chocolaty. My 5 year old, a huge chocolate fan, loved it. It is very dense, so if you prefer a lighter cake, this might not be your recipe. I baked it in 2 round pans and frosted/filled it with chocolate whipped cream(heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, and confectioners sugar). It turned out great, and was just what I was looking for.

Kathy's Roast and Vegetables

Delicious! I made the rump roast w/ au jus last time, and I wasn't completely happy with it. This, however, turned out great. I used one can cream of mushroom and the other cream of mushroom and roasted garlic. I also added a little paprika to the roast on top of the s&p and garlic powder. Cooked for 6 hours and it was very tender an flavorful. Didn't add the veggies, but served over mashed potatoes. My husband loved it!
