All I can say is WOW! This was sooo good. My husband especially liked the sauce and he doesn't usually care for it. After reading the reviews, I did the following: I used 3T butter amd 3T olive oil. Put the ham and swiss on the chicken and rolled up, coated in egg wash and rolled in Panko bread crumbs. Fried lightly for 3 mins. each side and placed in a baking dish. With the oven at 350, I placed the chicken in the oven to bake for 25 mins. While the chicken was baking, I mixed the wine, chicken bouillon, heavy cream/cornstarch in the pan with some dried basil (that's all I had on hand), and sauteed until thick, appx. 10 mins. Will definitely make this again many times.
