J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

This recipe was incredible!! I took the advise of some other reviewers and used 1 1/2 tbls. of baking powder and I substituted buttermilk for the milk. I also made the batter the night before and chilled until morning. I did not knead the dough. It was easy and again, they were INCREDIBLE buscuits!!

Raspberry Cheesecake

Great recipe!! I took other reviewers advice and had a great turn out. I did cut the cookies on the bottom edge so they would stand up straight- very easy. I also chopped the cookies for the bottom part of the pan which made it easier to cut slices later. I used frozen raspberries- thawed and drained them then sprinkled with sugar before using. The whole thing turned out incredible!!

Scented Applesauce-Cinnamon Ornaments

My family made these this year for our Christmas tree and to give out to friends and family. It was fairly easy to work with and kid friendly (I have a two year old and a one year old.) We put the dough between two pieces of wax paper to roll it out. We used a straw to make a hole for the ribbon and we also baked them in the oven as was suggested by the other reviews. I did have a problem getting them off of the cookie sheet- because they weren't completely dry, so be patient, eventually they do dry! We made about 60 ornaments and the only suggestion I can think us is to make sure you don't roll the dough too thin. At least a forth of an inch or so. We bought our cinnamon at Walmart- it was only .50 a bottle and we used 5 bottles.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Okay, first of all, give yourself some time to prepare for this recipe and for the cook time. It took my almost an hour and a half to finish chopping up all the veggies and it took another 2 hours for it to cook to the right consistancy for our home. It is worth all of the hard work though- it was delicious and my whole family loved it.

Best Carrot Cake Ever

My husband said this was the best carrot cake he has ever had!! It was extremely moist and delicious. Here is a little tip: I bought a five pound bag of carrots because I had no idea how many carrots I needed for 6 cups grated. It averages out to about 10 carrots, if that many. Overall, this was an excellent cake and a keeper in our home!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Great recipe!! I made "dog bone" cookies with this recipe for his 102 Dalmations birthday party. The recipe was easy and tasted great. I also did the frosting- nice touch.

Honey Crunch Pecan Pie

Baked Vegetables I

This recipe didn't turn out too good. I liked the idea of throwing the veggies together and sticking in the oven, but it just wasn't tasty. I will continue to work with it though.

Easy Peach Cobbler

This recipe was very easy and tasted great! I added a teaspoon of vanilla in with the dough and sprinkled the top of it with cinnamon before it baked. It turned out beautiful! We had it with vanilla ice cream, YUMMY!!

Ricotta Stuffed Squash

This recipe was very good. We had it over spaghetti noodles and served garlic bread on the side. The only thing I would do differant is cook the squash longer. My family likes our veggies soft.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

I followed everyone's suggestions, however, I still had some cheese run out- I would suggest not rolling it too snug. It was a really eye appealing dish and my husband loved it. He said it was a little dry though so next time I may cover it with foil while it is cooking or not cook it a full hour.
