Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups

Delicious! I used 1/3 cup quinoa cooked in veggie broth but the mixture was still too watery so I added another 1/2 cup bread crumbs. I also added a jalapeño and some ketchup. I used a ice cream scooper to get even sized portions and then like other reviewers suggested, I used the scooper to put the rest of the mixture on parchment paper and froze them.

Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo

Omitted liquid smoke and all the dry/steak seasoning. I used cayenne pepper and some home-made hot sauce. They were absolutely delicious made on an indoor grill. The consistency and taste made them better than beef burgers.

Glazed Salmon

Used honey instead of molasses and lime instead of lemon. Ommitted the rind because I forgot. I felt like my salmon was thicker in one part and there was not enough sauce to cover it. Other than that very good, but could have been better if I used the correct portion of ingrediants

Baby Back Ribs

Perfection. I didnt used a lot of sauce for fear of leaking but I added more before I put them in the oven. Broiled for 10 minutes and they were crispy and delicious!

These went just as fast as other reviewers mentioned. I used a broiling pan, and turned them half way. They cooked total for 45 minutes. Very crispy and no extra steps except turning them were necessary.

One of the better recipes I have tried. I like this one because it is not so heavy on the baking soda. I used half whole wheat flour, half all purpose, and I whipped the egg whites, which really made a difference in texture.

Black Forest Cake I

The cake was a little dry, but perhaps I over-baked it. Also, while I made the cake the day before, I should have made the whipped cream topping just before serving it. It cracked a little and turned yellow in some places.
