I love life, spending time with my family. And of course I love to host parties where people can come and taste my dishes. I love cooking!! My favorite things to make of course is dishes from my island; Puerto Rico. I also cooked Italian, Mexican, and chinese. If I like it I'll try to make it. I remember as a young girl of 14yrs. my Mom teaching me to cook. I did it with my daughter at a young age also and now with my grand-daughter who is 9. You are never to young to learn to love the kitchen. She already says she wants to be a chef when she grows up. I made a seafood Paella (Spaniard)and it came out great. Also chinese rice, it was amazing. I tried making beef stew (Puerto Rican style) in the slow cooker and for some reason it did not turn nor taste it as good as when I do it on the stove. I have never tried it again, my family hated it.
