Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

Mucho Bueno! I added sliced fresh mushrooms, green onions and black olives and used whole wheat tortillas and it turned out FANTSTICO!! So quick and easy to make and delicious left over.

Priceless Pecan Pie

Actually I would like to give it a 4.5 rating but that was not an option. Very easy to make. A bit sweet for my taste, but good none the less. It has a very nice appearance.

Apple Pecan Cobbler

A winner! I took the suggestions of other reviewers and added 1 tsp of vanilla, a tad more milk and used brown sugar for 1/2 of the sugar called for in the cake portion. So moist and delicious. I will definitely make again.

Flaky Crescent Mushroom Turnovers

Yummy! A hit! I oiled my baking sheet first, added a touch of garlic and put a dab of cream cheese on top before sealing. They are a bit messy to work with and I wondered what they would look like after cooking, but I took the suggestion of another reviewer and crimped the edges with a fork which helped and the appearance was fine. Be sure you drain your mushroom mixture well. I also put mozzeralla cheese on top. I will make again.

Eggless Tofu Spinach Quiche

A great way to incorporate TOFU into the diet. Really tasty. I added mushrooms. I did find I had to cook it longer than stated in order to help firm it up a bit. I will make again, and will try broccoli next time. Honestly, you will not know it has TOFU in it, and I did not miss the eggs a quiche normally has.
