Happy Cooking!!! :) I love to cook anything really...I find it fun and relaxing to cook or bake and I love to try new things. If it sounds "different" then I am up for trying it. I love cooking anything with alot of bold flavor and that is something out of the ordinary. I love taking a basic recipe and tweaking and enhancing it until I have improved it and made it my own! My mom taught me to cook at a young age and I hope to pass it on to my children as well. It is a valuable tool to have and it has equipped me with the ability to cook nutritious meals for my family. It also lends me the ability and know how to be creative in the kitchen and have fun! The first recipe I ever came up with on my own was for fettuccini alfredo. The tradition of passing along cooking skills, mother to child for years in my family, allows me to experiment and come up with my own recipes that are now staples in my family! Creating meals out of ingredients that I have on hand and having them combine to make a delicious dish! Hmmm...occasionally I make a meal that the whole family turns up their noses at...and I have to agree with them. That's hard to take when you blow it...but I usually make up for it with something great the next time around!
