Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
Without question, the very best cinnamon rolls I've EVER had. Totally easy to make, I made them with quick yeast the first time and the next day made them with regular yeast (I was out of the quick kind) and just let it rise, kneeded it again and then put it in the fridge overnight and baked in the morning. I used the cream cheese frosting suggested in the first review. So good!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great recipe!

I liked these, didn't make the berry mixture though. Much better than plain old bisquick! New fave.

Very good, but not quite as moist as I was looking for. But will make again for sure, but will try to find a way to make them a little more moist.

Spicy Hot Chicken Legs

Very, very good! Will make again. I did end up finishing them on the grill, I didn't realize my crock pot was unplugged, and ran out of time. Will make again for sure. I don't measure, just dump in ingredients. Yum.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
Very good. I used oatmeal instead of bread crumbs and added italian seasonigs. Also used shredded cheese b/c that's all I had. I also added some garlic powder and dried onion. Very good and healthy too! For an even moister loaf use whipping cream instead of milk, it melts in your mouth!

Waldorf Astoria Red Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
Delish. This is the same name and recipe that my grandma used to make. It took me years to get it to turn out, for me the key is to dump everything in the mixer and then turn it on. Presto, I sometimes make it into cupcakes or cook it in a bundt pan. It's beautiful as purple too. Frosting is to die for, I like mine lumpy. Yum Yum!

Delish! Added fresh squeeded lemon juice to the batter and a little zest. Added raspberries and strawberries to the top and dusted with powdered sugar and butter. Would also be good with some boysenberry syrup! Yummy!!!!!

Pot Stickers Traditional

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
OMG! I love these. My husband loved them. My KIDS loved these. So good. I did have to adapt to my small wrappers by moistening the edges of 4 wonton wrappers and sealing them together by overlapping the edges and then rolled the meat up in them and folded in the edges then rolled. Alot less to fry for me. I will be making these again very soon. I tried some other sauce recipe with this and it rocked too.

Very good! Kids loved em too! My littlest one even wanted to take them to school when it was her day to take treats. 8 or so cups of popped corn is what I used. I think 2 is a typo.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
Best soup I have ever made, hands down. I used a rotisserie chicken and 1 or 2% milk instead of cream, I can't remember. But it was delish!!! I only got one bowl. Even my kids liked it. It was very very good. And surprisingly quick.
