About this Cook
I love cooking! I think its relaxing and rewarding when it's all complete. I learned everything I know about cooking by watching my mom in the kitchen.
My favorite things to cook
One of my favorite foods is spaghetti and it’s been spaghetti ever since I was little. I also like other things too! Chicken is what I cook the most. There are so many different things you can do with one thing…it’s amazing!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family cooking tradition starts the day before thanksgiving. It begins by putting a few loaves of bread on cookie sheets in order for the bread to harden. The next day we wake up bright and early and start browning the sausage. We also add apples, onions and a few other ingredients and spices. Once the sausage is complete, we mix everything by hand and sampling while mixing is a must! Who needs turkey when you have stuffing!!!
My cooking tragedies
When I was little, my brother and I were cooking breakfast while my mom was at work. We had a gas stove at the time and I was trying to get french toast on my paper plate when it caught on fire because I was holding it in the flames! I was so scared I didn’t know what to do…but my brother reminded me we had a sink.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I loved the sauce and it came out perfectly! I followed the recipe for the sauce (except I doubled it because I love sauce!) and it came out great!
