Pork Chops with Tangy Honey Sauce
Like other reviewers said, the sauce did not reduce for me. I added 10 more minutes to the baking time, but was afraid the chops would become too tough. It was still very liquid-y. I would be ok with that though. The main reason I didn't like this is because all I tasted was the apple cider vinegar. Now I really like tangy dishes, but the vinegar was very overpowering, even with 1 cup of honey.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
I really didn't think the root beer added any flavor and in fact thought this came out a bit dry. I think next time I'll go ahead and pour in the bbq sauce at the beginning, that way the meat can really absorb the flavor.

Banana Crumb Muffins
These were great muffins; they came out big and fluffy. Following the suggestions of others, I added 1 tsp vanilla and used oil instead of butter. The main thing I changed was the streusel and based it on a streusel recipe I use for a cake. I mixed 1/3 cup of ground almonds with the brown sugar and about 1 tbsp of flour and sprinkled that on top of the muffins.
