Aztec Salsa

This is SO good, I think I just ate half the bowl myself! I did add fresh cilantro because I have it growing in the garden, red pepper and squeezed half a lime into it (just because I had them on hand and they would go to waste otherwise). I'm not a big bean fan, but this salsa is just awesome, I know what my dish to pass will be at the next potluck!

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

We thought this recipe was very good, however a little too much basil for us. I will definitely make again, but next time I will leave the basil out of the bisquit mix and try adding a little parmesan instead. I will also make more of the broth/gravy so it's more like bisquits and gravy and not as dry. Great flavor though, thanks!

Chicken with Stuffing

I lightly seasoned the chicken, but that is the only change I made to this recipe and it was wonderful! It turned out much better than I thought and the chicken was so tender, no knife needed. Will definitely make again!

Molasses Cookies

Taking the advice from other reviews, I used brown sugar instead of white, doubled the spices and cut the baking soda in half. These turned out excellent, but next time I will defintely double the recipe as I only got about 2 dozen cookies. With two teenage boys, they won't last a day! By the way, this is the same exact recipe on the back of the bottle of my molasses I used.

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

I made this last night with left-over ham from Easter. It was EXCELLENT! However, next time I wouldn't serve it as the main dish, it tasted much like twice-baked potatoes, so it you don't have ham, maybe substitute with bacon and serve it as a side dish.

Spaghetti Pie II

FABULOUS! I also made this in a 9x13 pan, I have two teenage boys so a pie plate size would never feed all four of us! They loved this recipe, I will definitely be making it again. I did use a jar of Prego sauce just because I didn't have the other ingredients to make my own as the recipe calls for.

Cherry Cobbler I

I doubled this recipe for a 9" x 13" pan, but I did not double the sugar because of what other reviews said. It was excellent. I will definitely be making this again.
