Meat Pie (Tourtiere)

Made this for my French Canadian BF and we loved it! Will be making for a Christmas brunch party. Used half beef and half pork and whole wheat crust.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Absolutely delicious - my husband and I ate the entire batch! I added a handful of shredded cheddar for the last 1/2 hour and used cornstarch instead of flour for the roux. Yummmm!

Basic British Scones

Very Good! Used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 2 tbsp sugar. Next time will roll to 1" thick.
