Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
i made this recipe. I did add provalone cheese to the chicken. I also rolled them up as though I was making keiv. I let them rest for 30 minutes. I browned them in a large skillet and completed them in the oven on 350 for 20 minutes. My family loved them. My daughter even had this meal for breakfast the next day!

All-Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I did not like this recipe. I thought it has to much ground clove. Also it never stated what kind of apples to use so I used Fuji and it just did not taste right!

I took the other reviews advice and use moz. It was very good. I added a little milk and a bit more parm. I also added a little oregano. My husband said he was going to smack me because it was so good.

Spanakopita II

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
My friend and I recently catered a Christmas party and we made spanakopita. They were a big hit. Instead of making them into triangles we rolled them and cut them into bit size piece. I one roll longwise we got about 12 per roll. They were great!
