Excellent dip! Very easy to make, but so wonderful. Thankfully I doubled the recipe because apparently everyone else loved it too.

AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL, FABULOUS, YUMMY, SENSATIONAL...the list goes on and on! The best green bean casserole I have ever had. I didn't even get any leftovers! Puts the "usual" green bean casserole to shame!

Stuffed Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2004
Very good recipe. In order to make the dish more true to it's name, I sliced a pocket into the pork chops and stuffed them as well as putting the stuffing on top. My husband who is not a huge fan of pork chops enjoyed this dish.

Rice Mess

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2004
I know this isn't an elegant dish, but my husband and I absolutely love it. I do add a bit more tomato sauce since the rice soaks it up and I make my rice using the rice cooker (I find that it comes out softer this way). I also use mozzarella cheese mixed in the dish and add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Maybe not a "dinner party" recipe, we sure love it!

Baked Ziti III

So very yummy and tasty. I did not have any fresh basil, but that did not take away from the dish at all. Nice change from the usual lasanga.

I made this for a BBQ get-together and everyone loved it! I did not take the time to peel or seed the tomato and it still came out wonderfully.

This is not "thick" like you would imagine, but it is good over rice and has great flavoring.

Macadamia Nut White Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2003
Very yummy cookie! I refrigerated the dough before baking because the dough is so soft. I made these with walnuts instead of macadamia nuts and they turned out great. Taste like pumpkin pie!

Rainbow Pasta Salad II

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2003
Very quick and easy recipe. Since it is best to refrigerate overnight, it is a convenient recipe in that you are able to make it ahead and bring it out when ready to serve....no work the day of your get-together! I used a zesty Italian dressing and it was yummy.

Honey Garlic Ribs

I marinated boneless beef ribs overnight and wow, they were tasty, tender and oh so good! Great recipe. My husband was really skeptical about ribs cooked in the oven, but he was very pleasantly pleased!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

A wonderful meatloaf. I substituted Italian bread crumbs for the crackers. I also mixed up some ketchup and brown sugar to put on top of the meatloaf the last 20 minutes of baking. Fabulous!
