Turkey Pot Pie II
We love this recipe, I have made it a few times now. It's absolutely perfect for leftover holiday turkey and it tastes so nummy! The vegetables I use are a mix of peas and carrots, and it's the only I can get my picky toddler to eat peas. I use a whole small onion, sauteed a bit first, and if I have a lot of turkey, I'll add a little more milk, some garlic powder and pepper. But, the recipe works wonderfully as is!

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork
We love this recipe! I made a few small adjustments: I double the red pepper flakes, we like it spicy, and it was bland with the listed. I also put in the fresh red pepper 2 hours before it is done so the skin doesn't fall off and the pepper disintegrate. Also, for those of you who think this is too salty, you need to use a good, thick, sweet teriyake like La Choy, the taste is totally different than the thinner ones. Great recipe!
