Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Excellent. I used a 3 lb chuck roast and sliced it and returned to the juice 30 minutes before serving. I served with baked sweet potato fries.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

It gets better as it sits. I usually put it into muffin pans to make muffins with. Individual servings and they cook in 10-12 minutes.

Kettle Corn

Good recipe. I have had good success with the white sugar method. The brown sugar method is awful and tastes nothing like caramel corn. Don't go there.

Sweet Potato Casserole I

I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup. It went from being "scary sweet" like my mother-in-law makes to being just sweet enough.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I made this for the second time today, used my kitchenaid mixer and dough hook. I did have to add a little extra flour both times so it wasn't too sticky.
