Tangy Pineapple Chicken

really simple and easy but so delicious! I cubed up the chicken and pineapple and also added in some red peppers and carrots for more of a "stir fry" sauce is awesome! husband loved it

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

I just made the fish with marinade and it was spot on! The perfect recipe for fish tacos..trying to emulate fish tacos we had in hawaii so I made a sundried tomato aioli to go with it PERFECT!

Oven-Fried Catfish

AWESOME AND EASY!! Tastes like fried catfish, so nice and crisp perfect fish! It took longer than 15 mins but Im guessing my fish was just thicker!

Soft Sugar Cookies V

SOFT COOKiES!! Just what I have been looking 4! even though I didn't read the recipe clearly(ran out of sugar so halfed the recipe,didn't refridgerate dough overnight made just an hour or less) Rolled out great,don't bake too long and they actually seemed to get softer with each day,I eyeballed the nutmeg so a little strong but it gave it a different flavor that I really liked! Try this it is a great soft rollout recipe!

THE BEST!! So simple and easy to make while having a party,I have a margaritaville machine and it made a whole pitcher fast! The don't taste strong but they are strong so beware!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

SO EASY! prepped the night before and it baked about 4 1/2 hrs..didnt have to do a thing I was afraid it would get to crisp being uncovered but it was great! SO MOIST! I didnt get the sticky party however?

Rich and Simple French Onion Soup

very simple and VERY GOOD! I carmelized the onions like everyone else said..took like 25 mins. I think next time I would of used less butter..I am watching my calories and I dont think that much was needed. :) I also added salt as another recipe suggested to help with the carmelizing

Sangria! Sangria!

YUMMY! I also added apples..followed entire recipe but no carbonated water..it was perfect, sweet but not too sweet. I had another recipe last wk and it was awful! this is the right combo..I used Lambrussco for the wine, I know you can pretty much use whatever but I like specifics and this wine worked perfectly and was recommended.

Baklava

I don't normally use phyllo dough (and I really do cook often!) and I wish it said THAW the dough prior to using! DUH! it worked out okay but will thaw next time. I only made a half batch and pretty much used all the sauce so I would definely make a batch and half of sauce for full pan AND I made the sauce first and let it cool. I felt like I was back in Greek Town! YUM
