Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

Good taste and easy to make. I was worried about the pumpkin/butterscotch combo, but it worked well. Followed the recipe exactly.

EXCELLENT recipe. Easy with few ingredients, and tastes sooo good. I refrigerated for 1 hour and froze the dough for another 45 minutes, and it was easy to work with. Don't be shy with the confectioner's sugar. The ones that were coated with the most sugar tasted best. Also, use good quality cocoa for the best taste. Thank you for this recipe!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This recipe is fantastic. I made these cookies with my 3-year-old and found it to be a very forgiving recipe. I let it sit overnight and it was very easy to work with. Just make a simple glaze of powdered sugar and milk to top it and you have the perfect holiday cookie.

Vegetarian Meatloaf with Vegetables

This was o.k. If you're looking for a very "meaty" tasting meatloaf, you'll probably like it. I was hoping for more than just a ground beef taste. But not too bad.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

I made these with a chocolate cake mix. They were very easy to make (especially using the freezer bag idea), but the taste was odd. I didn't like the doughy, dense texture either.

Peanut Noodles

This was yummy. I added a handful of steamed broccoli and some extra-firm tofu to make a meal out of it. Didn't have any fresh ginger so I just used ginger powder, and it still tasted good (next time I'll use the real thing though). Very filling.

Maple Apple Crisp

I followed this recipe exactly, and it tasted wonderfully. However, it came out too liquidy and the apples weren't cooked through. So next time I'll cut the amount of maple syrup to 1/3 cup, cut the butter to 1/4 cup, and cook it 10 minutes longer. But the taste is amazing.

Cheesecake Brownies

Absolutely delicious. I combine this recipe with the "Frosted Cake Brownies" recipe and they come out wonderful. I do agree that these taste better after being in the fridge for a day.

Frosted Cake Brownies

Great way to jazz up a box mix. Each time I make these, people think they're from scratch. I combine this recipe with the "Cheesecake Brownies" recipe on this site (I leave out the frosting) and my brownies come out perfectly.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Fantastic quiche! Even my meat-eating husband loves this. Definitely use fresh broccoli. I used onion powder to save time, and it was still delicious.

Butter Cookies II

This is a great spritz recipe. The cookies come out crisp and delicious. I lessened the flour by a 1/3 cup and added an extra teaspoon of vanilla for flavor. It worked very well with my cookie press.
