Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2008
These are great! I was so excited to find a good sugar-free recipe for cookies. I added 3/4 cup of oatmeal, and a teaspoon of vanilla. I am making this for the 3rd time this weekend. Thank you!

Zesty Breakfast Burritos

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
These were really good, very flavorful. My husband works very early in the morning, so I made a big batch and froze them separately so that he could grab them and on the go in the morning. I used salsa instead of taco sauce, whole wheat tortillas and added cheddar cheese. I will make these again for sure.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
This bread is a winner. I just started making bread and have tried 6 recipes that were O.K- but i was on a search for a good 100% whole wheat bread and this one is perfect- also convenient with so little ingredients. I omitted the dry milk powder as well, and used 1/4 cup of honey. This will be made often.

Oreo® Cookie Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
This was great! An absolute hit at our Labor-day cook out. I used reduced fat oreo's, reduced fat cream cheese, splenda, fat free sugar free whipped topping and used chocolate pudding instead of vanilla. It was great, and didn't taste healthy at all!

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are great!!! This will replace any other recipe I have ever used. Next time i may use just a tad less sugar though as they are extremely sweet.

Honey Wheat Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
I was not a fan of these. The texture was OK, but a little too chewy, and they needed either a little more honey or some sugar! they really had no flavor. I am giving them 4 stars because I have a 1 year old who refuses to let anyone feed him- he wants to do everything himself so he never gets oatmeal for breakfast and he LOVES these. I believe he will eat the whole batch himself.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
This was very good. I used whole wheat bread and it didn't dry it out at all. We ate this will syrup on top. Next time I will either make with maple syrup or use maple sausage as suggested. I used lean italian turkey sausage to cut the fat.

Ripe Grape Pie

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
I made this recipe for a wedding reception. It went over well. It reminded me of cherry but and tasted like grape jelly. I probably won't make this again, but it was fine.

Double Chocolate Pie

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
This was OK but didn't turn out great for me. I didn't have vanilla so I wonder if that would have made a big difference. It would've been good in a sweet crust, i didn't like it with a normal flaky crust. It was too dull for me. I won't make this again.

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Awesome! This drink is so good, and a good source of energy in the morning. I added nonfat plain yogurt, and used soy vanilla milk. I also used splenda. This will be made often.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2010
By far, the best cheesecake recipe i have ever used. every time i make this it comes out PERFECT and everyone knows it's not an easy thing to get a perfect cheesecake. I followed all of the directions carefully, and baked in a water bath and didn't overbeat the batter. I also use this as a base recipe for other kinds of cheesecake including marble, chocolate and strawberry. SO glad I found this recipe.

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
This was OK. A little bland. Also I wish i had taken others suggestions in baking the biscuits a little first, because I had to toss the biscuits as they were not done and soggy.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Awesome! These are so good and easy to make. I replaced the majority of the butter w/ unsweetened applesauce, used 1 1/2 cups of splenda and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and used 1 cup of ground oatmeal, 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 cups white flour and these were still awesome. Thank you!

Wonderful Banana Cake

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
Amazing! Was a HUGE hit and so easy. It tasted homemade. I used 3 bananas in the cake, baked it in 2 round cake pans in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. I used 1 tub of whipped topping mixed with banana pudding mix and 1 cup of milk. When frosting, I frosted the first layer, topped with slices of a bananas, put the 2nd cake on, and finished frosting. Thank you SO much!
