Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

Awesome!! Left out the rosemary and lemon pepper and used sage instead. Best turkey I've ever eaten, and I'm not a turkey fan. Family loved it

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

They turned out great.. just soft and chewy enough, not hard as a rock.. Didn't have quite enough brown sugar, so added little extra regular sugar.. added some vanilla, baked at 350 for about 14 minutes.

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

I make my own ravioli from scratch which also makes this better. 3 cheese, spinach, mushroom, onion ravioli. I use thyme and oregano in them so it gives it more flavour. I use lots of garlic in the sauce. With just a few minor adjustments, this is amazing.

Leek Potato Mushroom Cheddar Soup

Using this and a recipe I had in a book from Culinary school, I didn't use any of the fat, sliced the leeks thinly, diced the potatoes and didn't mash them, didn't use mustard, and added shrimp at the end. We make it all the time.

Easy Spiced Brown Rice With Corn

I did not have Cilantro, so I just put a little parsley in it. I also cut up an onion and threw it in there as well. I used ground Cumin.

Chicken Kiev

I baked it instead of frying it and just drizzled a little bit of Olive Oil on top before cooking to help with the browning. I also didn't use an egg wash, I just used Skim Milk instead. And also used a less fat butter. All to make it a little healthier. I also used more seasoning then the recipe called for.
