I decided to make these cookies to use fresh left over pumpkin puree. I followed the recipe to the letter and like a fellow reviewer above added 1 teaspoon of all spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. When I dropped them by the tablespoon unto the cookie sheet and baked them, they came out bumpy and unattractive--like rock cakes! But the taste was incredible! Moist, delicious and supurb! I also placed the dough in the fridge for 2 hours to firm the dough up. I give it four stars only because I was disappointed in the appearence of my cookies, but this was probably down to my dropping the cookies by tablespoons and not flattening them out! But it was impossible to flatten as drop cookie dough is sticky!
