Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap
I browned the meat (I only had beef) in a skillet, drained the grease out and then added the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. I also added some hot sauce. I proceeded to finely chop the vegetables and add them into the meat. To add a little kick to the sauce I added hot sauce, a little red wine vinegar, and a touch of honey. Everything was delicious and I am very happy with this recipe :) -T

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
I thought that this recipe was great other than the fact that it was incredibly (almost unbearably) spicy. I think that I was using very hot hot sauce and don't think that this problem is the recipe's fault. I am used to using a medium heat hot sauce and poured in the wrong one. Even with the excessive heat, you could tell it had a great taste and I will definitely be making again without so much spice :) As far as sticky goes, my sauce went into the chicken rather than having enough to make sticky, next time I might make a little extra sauce. Overall a good recipe T
