Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
This is absolutely awesome! My sister is pregnant and has been craving fruit...she absolutely devoured this! I did change it a little of course. I added two bananas and didn't add the raspberries. I did reduce the sugars and preserves. This was awesome with the chips!

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
These were great after making the vanilla 1 tsp. My family loved the tenderness. They do firm while cooling so once I realized that it helped. Enjoy!!

Marshmallow Treats

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2007
I will never use marshmallow creme again!! I used marshmallow's for the first time and it makes so much sense now why my r.c.t never stuck together with the creme. With the actual marshmallows this was amazing!!! In my nonstick pan there was no sticky mess!!

Creamy Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
I liked this a lot. I ended up using cream of chicken soup and angel hair pasta which created a different but great texture. I also put a little sour cream and used a Colby Monterey jack cheese mix. I seasoned my chicken with seasoning salt and added garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the sauce. Very good.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
I made this for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. It had cooled off before we got to eat it and it still tasted great-when it is cold and still tastes great you know you have a winner. I have saved this to replace my other casserole recipe. IT IS WONDERFUL!! I did bake my potatoes first rather than boiling and mashing. I think I baked at 425 for 1 hour or until they were soft...then you don't have to really peel or chop the potatoes. I used 4 medium sized potatoes. I think baking them makes them taste better.

This wasn't anything to jump up and down for but it was good. I will use it again to decorate cookies.

Fried Ice Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
I followed the modifications suggested by others. This is a challenging dessert because if it isn't frozen enough it splatters/pops in the deep fryer. With a little practice it could be perfect. It was pretty good. Close to the restaurant versions.
