This was yummy! Great recipe to use up those ripe tomatoes from your garden. Like a dummy, I forgot to add the onion, but it still tasted great. We had leftovers and after the 2nd day, it tasted even better.

Spicy Seafood Shell Appetizers

Karyn's Cream of Crab Soup

Thank you so much! We have been looking for an awesome cream of crab recipe and this one's IT! My husband is from Maryland and was very pleased with the Old Bay flavoring. After all...in MD there is no such thing as "too much" Old Bay! We make this recipe everytime we have leftover hardshells. It's the best!

Sicilian Pineapple Pork Roast

The roast was very moist and smelled wonderful while cooking. My husband & I both agreed that the taste of Rosemary overpowered the other flavors. I followed the recipe exactly and if we decide to make this again, we will definitely alter the spice measurements and add some other things as well.
