Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2013
I thought this cheesecake was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Everyone that tasted it, loved it. Not to mention, it looked beautiful! I used the following recommendations: Increased the crust butter to 6 TBL and baked it for 10 minutes at 350. I also baked the cheesecake at 450 for 10 minutes, turned the oven down to 250 without opening the oven and baked for 30 minutes, then turned the oven off (still without opening the oven) and left the cake in another 60 minutes. The top still cracked a bit, but after decorating the top with melted chocolate and pecans, you couldn't even tell. And instead of using wrapped caramels and evaporated milk, I bought the caramel bits that you can melt in the microwave. This was an excellent recipe that was easy to follow and tasted AMAZING!! Will definitely make again.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
This was awesome! The brownie crust is such a good idea and compliments the cheesecake very well. I used a 10 inch springform pan and used all the brownie mix and cheesecake mix and the cake turned out perfect! No need to cut back on either. I covered the cheesecake, after cooled, with chocolate covered strawberrys and drizzled the cake with chocolate sauce. Which is just melted chocolate chips with whipping cream. The strawberrys really complimented the chocolate flavors very well. Awesome recipe, YUM!

Classic Spanish Sangria

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
The flavors mixed very well with eachother. The rum was hardly noticable which makes for empty glasses everywhere! People were drinking it right up! All of the citrus makes the Sangria just tart enough, not overwhelmingly sweet. Great drink!

Extra Easy Hummus

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
AWESOME! This recipe turned out great. It's a little hard to blend it in a blender, but it still comes out great. I added extra garlic and a little lemon juice... PERFECT! Sprinkle a little feta cheese on top too!

Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
These cookies turned out PERFECT! I didnt cook them for the full time though. I only cooked them for 7-8 minutes. That way they came out soft and delicious. And you can use this recipe for cookie cutters too. Just be sure to freeze the dough for about 20 minutes so it's easier to work with. I made Halloween cookies with this recipe. The shapes came out excellent. Would definitely make again!

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
Excellent recipe! This dish came out perfect! I made a few adjustments: I substituded the cherries for dried cranberries, and walnuts instead of pecans. I also added some honey to the finished dish to make it look nice and glossy. I will definitely make this again. Next time with apricot preserves! YUMMY!!

Delicious! Very cheesy and great :) Will definitely make again. Next time I'll cook the meat a little less so it's not too chewy after baking in the oven... But for sure I will be eating this again!

Extremely easy to make! The dough was difficult to handle, so definitely dip your hands in cold water to make it easier. I cooked them for exactly 35 minutes and they and came out perfect! They're not too sweet, not too crunchy... just perfect! Will definitely make again!

This was a very delicious dessert, especially for chocolate peanutbutter lovers like myself! It was extremely rich, but very tastey! If you are a serious chocolate lover, then you will love this recipe. Next time, I'll cut the recipe in half before we had leftovers for awhile!

Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except for cooking them for only 11 minutes. The centers were slightly more cooked than expected but next time I'll just take them out after 10 minutes. The taste was fantastic though! I served this with a scoop of vanilla icecream- magnific!

Very moist and delicious! Just be sure to cool the cake completely before flipping it over onto a plate- the cake will break apart since it's so moist. Excellent cake, I could've eaten the batter on its own! Will definitely make again.
