Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
These cookies turned out PERFECT! I didnt cook them for the full time though. I only cooked them for 7-8 minutes. That way they came out soft and delicious. And you can use this recipe for cookie cutters too. Just be sure to freeze the dough for about 20 minutes so it's easier to work with. I made Halloween cookies with this recipe. The shapes came out excellent. Would definitely make again!

This pie was easy and delicious! I added asparagus and zuchinni to the mix of vegetables. And I added garlic, parsley, and pepper to make it extra flavorful! Will definitely make again.

Spicy Fry Sauce

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
This sauce is great for dipping red meat and grilled vegetables! The only thing I changed was I added a lot more cayenne pepper to make it extra spicy! Next time I'll add real chipotle peppers to make the sauce stand out more.

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
Excellent recipe! This dish came out perfect! I made a few adjustments: I substituded the cherries for dried cranberries, and walnuts instead of pecans. I also added some honey to the finished dish to make it look nice and glossy. I will definitely make this again. Next time with apricot preserves! YUMMY!!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
One of the best pastas I've ever made! The pasta sauce came out perfectly- the only things I changed are I used spicy Italian sausage instead of sweet and I added a little more vodka. The recipe was easy and delicious!!!

German Apple Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
Very moist and delicious! Just be sure to cool the cake completely before flipping it over onto a plate- the cake will break apart since it's so moist. Excellent cake, I could've eaten the batter on its own! Will definitely make again.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
This popcorn tasted really great. I also added melted bark chocolate to the popcorn after it had cooled. Once the chocolate hardened, the popcorn was ready to serve and be devoured! I took it to a party and people raved about it. Cutting the butter in half makes the caramel very hard to mix with the popcorn, but it'll spread throughout in the oven when you mix it. Definitely be sure to mix every 10 minutes, otherwise the popcorn will stick to the pan and the caramel wont mix evenly with the popcorn. It tasted great and am definitely going to make the chocolate-covered caramel popcorn again!!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
WHOA! These cookies came out of the oven perfect!! I took someone's advice and pressed the dough down a bit so they didn't come out too cakey. They are perfectly delicious! I hope they stay this good after today!

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
I didn't have ketchup so I substituted it with regular bbq sauce (only a half cup) and added a bit of garlic powder. Turned out delicious! Would definitely make this again.

Dark Molten Chocolate Cakes

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except for cooking them for only 11 minutes. The centers were slightly more cooked than expected but next time I'll just take them out after 10 minutes. The taste was fantastic though! I served this with a scoop of vanilla icecream- magnific!

Vanilla Glaze

Very easy to make. Definitely change the teaspoons to tablespoons of milk. Came out perfect otherwise! It's very sweet but is great on cake if used sparingly. Yum!

Delicious! Very cheesy and great :) Will definitely make again. Next time I'll cook the meat a little less so it's not too chewy after baking in the oven... But for sure I will be eating this again!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
I expected this cheesecake to taste more chocolately. I tasted the cream cheese too much for my liking. And the rasperberries made the cheesecake create breaks in the center. I made this 2x and had the same results. Everyone loved it, but I wasnt very impressed.

Classic Spanish Sangria

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
The flavors mixed very well with eachother. The rum was hardly noticable which makes for empty glasses everywhere! People were drinking it right up! All of the citrus makes the Sangria just tart enough, not overwhelmingly sweet. Great drink!
