Shrimp Quesadillas

I made this for my boo last minute and it turned out great! The spices were a perfect blend- I just added a little crushed red pepper to make our mouths tingle. Amazing dish, and so easy to make!!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

WHOA! These cookies came out of the oven perfect!! I took someone's advice and pressed the dough down a bit so they didn't come out too cakey. They are perfectly delicious! I hope they stay this good after today!

Chicken Pot Pie IV

This pie was easy and delicious! I added asparagus and zuchinni to the mix of vegetables. And I added garlic, parsley, and pepper to make it extra flavorful! Will definitely make again.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

I followed the recipe exactly and the meat came out really sticky. It was hard to form into balls and grill without the meat falling through. Next time, I will try frying them in a pan to avoid the mess. But they tasted amazing! We used wheat buns, mayo and balsamic dressing as dipping sauce. Would definitely make again.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

One of the best pastas I've ever made! The pasta sauce came out perfectly- the only things I changed are I used spicy Italian sausage instead of sweet and I added a little more vodka. The recipe was easy and delicious!!!

German Apple Cake I

Very moist and delicious! Just be sure to cool the cake completely before flipping it over onto a plate- the cake will break apart since it's so moist. Excellent cake, I could've eaten the batter on its own! Will definitely make again.

Spicy Fry Sauce

This sauce is great for dipping red meat and grilled vegetables! The only thing I changed was I added a lot more cayenne pepper to make it extra spicy! Next time I'll add real chipotle peppers to make the sauce stand out more.

I didn't have ketchup so I substituted it with regular bbq sauce (only a half cup) and added a bit of garlic powder. Turned out delicious! Would definitely make this again.

Dark Molten Chocolate Cakes

Absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except for cooking them for only 11 minutes. The centers were slightly more cooked than expected but next time I'll just take them out after 10 minutes. The taste was fantastic though! I served this with a scoop of vanilla icecream- magnific!

Simple White Cake

This recipe was very easy to follow. The cake tasted standard to what white cake usually tastes like, so that's good! I'd like it to be a little more moist, but for the most part, the cake turned out delicious!

Very easy to make. Definitely change the teaspoons to tablespoons of milk. Came out perfect otherwise! It's very sweet but is great on cake if used sparingly. Yum!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

This was a very delicious dessert, especially for chocolate peanutbutter lovers like myself! It was extremely rich, but very tastey! If you are a serious chocolate lover, then you will love this recipe. Next time, I'll cut the recipe in half before we had leftovers for awhile!

This dish was really easy to make. It wasn't too saucy or messy. I added a little bit of bbq sauce and that changed the flavor too much. Next time I'll stick with the recipe more.

My Big Fat Greek Omelet

Fantastic! This recipe was full of delicious flavor. The feta cheese mixture tasted great with the spinach. The recipe was big enough for 4 people and looked beautiful when served! Will definitely make again!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Extremely easy to make! The dough was difficult to handle, so definitely dip your hands in cold water to make it easier. I cooked them for exactly 35 minutes and they and came out perfect! They're not too sweet, not too crunchy... just perfect! Will definitely make again!

Cheesy Stuffed Shells

Delicious! Very cheesy and great :) Will definitely make again. Next time I'll cook the meat a little less so it's not too chewy after baking in the oven... But for sure I will be eating this again!
