Meatball Sandwich

Really good the whole family enjoyed it! I give it five stars with my one addition, I chopped up about 1/4 of an onion. The onion made gave it a lot of flavor, I think next time I will add some oregano too.

Garlic Chicken

This chicken is awesome! I use butter instead of olive oil, and double the recipe for the breadcrumb mix (i never have enough). I also use 1/2 grated parmesean (the kind in the green can), and 1/2 of the good pricey parmesean which I grate at home. This recipe is awesome with these few changes.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

My whole family loves this pot pie and it is great for leftovers the next day! We do make a few changes however..we use 3/4 cup corn and 1/4 cup peas (we are not big pea eaters), and I mix half the sauce in with the veggies and chicken, then put the rest of the sauce on top. I'm not sure how anyone needed to double the sauce recipe..we always have the perfect amount.
