Low Sugar Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2011
Unbelievable flavor. I must say, I made changes, so to be fair I am rating my version, but the base recipe is great. I added 4 Tbsp flour to the fruit mixture, and used 2 Tbsp honey, 3 Splenda packets , and a Tbsp of real sugar.

Creamy Saffron Shrimp with Gnocchi and Caramelized Onion

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
Hearty, healthy, and very comforting dish. Really enjoyed this. If you let the onions get a deep brown by slowly caramelizing them, the flavor is wonderful. Could have used more saffron. We doubled it and still needed a little more, but we like a punch of flavor, so start small and add what you need. Thanks for the great recipe!

Pizza On The Grill I

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
I was very very pleased with this recipe. The dough is worth the wait. We used 50% whole wheat flour and 50% regular flour. We also rolled it out very very thin. We will definitely be making this again!

Easy, especially, with storebought cake, and SOOOOO refreshing! Great when using Lemon flavored pudding, too!

Delectable Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2009
This is an extremely good marinade and it is delicious on chicken thighs, cooked on the grill. The one thing I would say to improve it (and I am someone who is constantly working to improve my own recipes) is that it could use some onion flavor. That being said, next time I will add some chopped green onion to the marinade. I marinaded thighs and put them directly in the freezer. It makes a great, easy clean up dinner. Thanks for posting!

Stuffed Shells IV

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
Very good recipe. It made enough shells for a 13x9 pan and an 8x8 as well. I added some dried basil and finely diced carrot to the meat mixture for some more sweetness. I will definitely make this again. Can't wait to get the rest out of the freezer!

Snickerdoodles II

These are pretty good, but not the best ones I've had. I used Butter Flavored shortening for more flavor. CHILL THE DOUGH WELL BEFORE YOU ROLL THE COOKIES and they will not be as flat. It lets the fats solidify before baking and helps a lot.

Rhubarb Pork Chop Bake

Great flavor! My husband and I couldn't stop eating the sauce that it makes - the bread makes this recipe, and I admit I was leary of it. Will definitely make again. Thank You for sharing!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Very good chili. I used 2 jalapenos without the seeds and it had enough heat to make my lips and mouth tingle, but not burn. I also added more sugar because I like chili a little sweeter.

Snow Pea and Napa Cabbage Slaw

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
Very good. I agree that the dressing needed something. I substituted one of the Tbsp of oil with sesame oil and added a Tbsp soy sauce and 1-2 Tbsp sugar. I also added some fresh chopped cilantro and used red instead of green pepper. Very good! Great to take to a picnic - no mayonnaise!

Clark's Quiche

Unbelievable flavor. Easily the best quiche I have ever had. The leftovers are also to die for. We made this for Christmas brunch and it will be our new tradition. Thanks Clark!
