Crispy Orange Beef
I made this for dinner tonight and my husband and son loved it! We liked the texture of the meat. I will make this again and again and again. The only thing I would change is cut down on the sugar by at least 1/4 of a cup less. It was a little too sweet but oh so good! Thanks for the addition to our family favorites!

Creamy Rice Pudding
Wow Erica G! I love it! I was looking in a magazine and came across this advertisement for rice pudding, taste buds took over. Being that it was too late to go to the store for "premade" rice pudding. I gave your recipe a try. This was the best I have ever tried & made, and I have tried and made several only to disapoint my taste buds. I got online & your recipe was the first to come up in my search. Read the reviews, and there was a lot too. I had some left over cooked white rice, so I started with warming up the cooked rice in 1 1/2 cups of milk & proceeded from there. Add the vanilla after you have taken it off the burner, that way the vanilla doesn't pick up a bitter flavor from over cooking. Also used fresh nutmeg at the end too. This is a keeper for us. It brought back sweet childhood memories for me! Just like my Noni made.

Real Sopapillas
This recipe was excellent! I was born and raised in New Mexico and now live in California and I have asked several friends if they know how to make sopapillas and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I have even asked in mexican restaurants and they have no idea either, one place thought I was talking about bunuelos (they're more of a crispy version of sopapillas.) Thanks to your recipe I can make these at home and my family and friends can all enjoy them! Funny how my friends never heard of sopapillas before, now every time we have a get-together they always ask for them! Thanks again!
