Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2011
i have finally found my chocolate cake recipe! i only used a little more than a cup of choc. chips, a little less than a cup of canola oil, and accidentally used cook & serve pudding mix instead of instant and the cake turned out great! serve it warm with a dollop of cool whip on top....wonderful! :)

Wake-Up Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
i also bake my hash browns first for about 10-15 minutes and it makes a huge difference - no soggy potatoes on the bottom!! i've made it with turkey sausage tastes just as good and is healthier! i usually serve mine with salsa for a little kick. everyone LOVES this, it's perfect for a crowd, and it's suuuper easy to make :)

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
this recipe is great! very easy to just need a few minutes to do all the prep work with chopping the veggies, etc...maybe add some red chili pepper flakes for more of a kick and a touch more salt. everyone who ate it loved quality :) it is a rich dish with the cream & some butter but good for an occasional indulgence!

Southwest Stew

what a great, hearty soup! my husband and i both loved - so did our 1 year old :o) so easy to make & you get a big pot of food that will last a while! i didn't have any salsa so i just put in a can of campbell's vegetable beef soup i found in my pantry plus the extra can of water it calls for. so good with cheddar cheese sprinkled on top! next time we'll add a little sour cream too. yum! thanks!! :o)

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2009
this soup is SOOOOO EASY & SO GOOD. it tastes like something you'd get at a good mexican restaurant. it's so flavorful and hearty! here are my variations: used 1 can of broth & 1 can of cream of chicken, added some garlic powder, a few dashes of paprika & cumin, used rotisserie chicken and served it with rice. i will definitely be making this again, even for company. my husband loved it as well! thanks for the great recipe!! :o)
