Alabama Pulled Pig

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2006
This is how I cook all my grilled pork roasts now! I don't smoke it, but I put in on the grill at low heat for a couple to three hours. At the end, I throw the meat right on the grill rack to get the outside brown and crispy. My whole family loves it flavored with this vinegar mixture! Thanks Ron!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2009
I wasn't sure whether or not I would like this dish, but I wanted to serve something different to others. WOW!! I loved it and so did they!! We literally couldn't stop eating it. A couple of my guests even wanted some to take home, but I said, "NO, it's mine ALL MINE!!!" Ok, seriously, the stuff is great!! Chopping takes some time if you don't have a food processor, but it's worth every minute.

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
This recipe is very tasty! I like it because it gives the taste of chicken wings without all the frying in grease of regular wings. I spray a little Pam on the top of them so they get crisper and browned.

Daddy's Popcorn

I am so glad to have this recipe! The popcorn tastes great and having the butter flavor already in there is awesome! Just perfect! Use the best brand of corn kernels you can find.

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
People always ask me for this recipe when I make it. Using the bleu cheese gives it a flavor depth that sets this recipe apart from other recipes, but it is not overpowering. Like others have mentioned, I do NOT use canned chicken. Buy some boneless/skinless chicken breasts, bring a pot of water to a boil, throw them in for about 20 minutes or so, then shred easily with two forks. We also sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top prior to baking.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
Very delicious, moist and subtle flavors. Perfect loaves every time as per recipe. One time, though, I made the mistake of mixing all of the ingredients together at the same time, don't do that. Make sure the whip up the wet, then just mix in the dry as the recipe states.
