Amazing!!! Everyone loved this...I had so many compliments....the only difference I made (due to lack of time to go to the store) was salted butter and orchard apples (not sure what type...red/yellow) turned out soooooooo good. Will definitely make again.

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

Unbelievable! I made this this past weekend. I added butter for some of the oil as another reviewer had suggested and it turned out fabulous! Even after we ran out of gravy everyone said "its so moist you don't need gravy".

French Canadian Tourtiere

I made this for my family last weekend. It was a huge hit! I had taken some of the others advice and lessened the salt and doubled the spices. It was great...I am currently making more now as everyone wants to have them for Christmas. They all thought I had found Grandmas recipe from the 1940's!!
