Meatball Nirvana
Try with bison! Quadrupled recipe for meatball throw-down. Used 1 lb bison, 2 lb ground beef and 1 lb ground pork. Followed recipe, but made a few changes... 4 onions was too much, put in 2.5 onions, reduced milk to 2/3 cup, added 1 cup ricotta, added 2eggs, reduced bread crumbs in half. Reduced grated parmesan in half, but added 1 cup of a 3-cheese shredded mix (asiago, pram, romano). Added 10 cloves of crushed garlic! 6 tablespoons of fresh basil. It was amazing. Given amount of ingredients, its important to mix evenly, one at a time. It look me a half hour to mix it all

Baked Chicken
blended into a cordon bleu version... I pounded the chicken flat. Dipped in the sauce as stated. I wrapped the chicken around swiss cheese and ham. Then finished as described (used a little less onion dip). I added all remaining sauce to the baking dish. I added sliced mushrooms...I had to bake it longer...very good

my whole family loves this: I use shopeg corn (tastes more like fresh/frozen). instead of lime juice, i use italian salad dressing, & fresh tomatoes, and onion salt
